INVITATION TO PRE-QUALIFICATION: Supply imported coal for commercial operation of EVNGENCO1’s thermal power plants

Power Generation Corporation 1 (EVNGENCO1) would like to invite eligible Applicants to submit Applications for updating our current shortlists of coal suppliers to supply imported coal for commercial operation of EVNGENCO1’s thermal power plants with the following information:

• Time of issuance of Pre-Qualification Documents (PQD): 09:00 AM (Hanoi time) on 18^th April 2023;

The Applicants may obtain a complete set of PQD in English language free of charge by sending a registration to the email address of contact person below.

• Deadline for submission of Applications: 09:00 AM (Hanoi time) on 2^nd June 2023;
• Address for submission of Applications: EVNGENCO1’s Head Office, No. 22 Duong Dinh Nghe street, Yen Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Ha Noi, S.R. Vietnam.

Detailed qualification criteria and requirements for pre-qualification are specified in the PQD. The Applicants are requested to carefully consider and study instructions and requirements of PQD before submitting their Applications. 

Applications for Pre-Qualification must be delivered in sealed envelopes by hand or courier before the submission deadline and to the address stated above.

EVNGENCO1 respectfully invites all Applicants who submitted Applications to attend the Applications Opening Ceremony at 09:15 AM (Hanoi time) on 2^nd June 2023 at EVNGENCO1’s Head Office.
