At the working session, Mr. Nguyen Van Long - Director of the company reported on the overall direction, objectives, and tasks for 2023. At the same time, he presented in detail the work of human resource training & labor arrangement at the company. Specifically, he emphasized key issues such as assigning tasks to Departments & Workshops within the company; developing and implementing the 2023 plan; balancing fuel supply for production; supplying coal; operating power plants; implementing solutions to reduce heat loss; conducting major repairs; purchasing materials and equipment to serve production and business; ensuring occupational safety and health, environmental protection; managing land use; and training and arranging human resources, …
At this working session, the working delegation of EVNGENCO1 also proposed many solutions to overcome difficulties and obstacles that the Company had proposed in each specific area of operation.

During the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Huu Thinh - Member of the BOD, Vice President & CEO of EVNGENCO1 emphasized that in order to fulfill the business production tasks for 2023, the company should have continued monitoring and evaluating the daily coal supply, timely proposing solutions to increase the productivity of coal loading and unloading, urging the coal supply to ensure safe operation of power plants; strictly implementing corrosion prevention plans and regularly checking equipment; strengthening inspections to timely detect and repair damages; enhancing training and improving the quality of human resources, corporate governance; strengthening digital transformation and applying scientific and technological advancements; reviewing and arranging human resources reasonably, adjusting salaries appropriately for complex job positions; caring for improving the living standards of employees; and paying attention to environmental protection work...especially effectively implementing the theme of the EVN’s 2023 theme "Thrift practice thrift and anti- wastefulness”.
On behalf of the company's leadership, Mr. Nguyen Van Long, Director of the Company, expressed deep appreciation for the guidance given by the working delegation, in order to effectively guide the company's business operations. He expressed a desire to continue to receive support from the leadership of the parent company, and for them to be fully engaged and provide thorough guidance in all of the company's activities, in order to successfully fulfill their production and business tasks. Mr. Long emphasized the need to operate the factories safely and efficiently, and to successfully implement the year 2023 theme of the Vietnam Electricity Group.
